faulty air-con rude manager
The breakfast selection was adequate. I found it acceptable.
the air-con barely worked. it never raised the room temperature over 19 degrees, fine during the day, but it was too cold at night. the manager william acted brusquely and rude toward requests. the place generally needs some refurbishment, i think.

spacious room towel service caring staff
the room was spacious with a nice balcony the pool area was good with towels provided there were three pool options. breakfast was excellent with many choices the staff was very kind and caring. the hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained the hotel is very clean

mixed feelings about this hotel
superficial cleaning worn furniture
The location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the beach.
The room showed its age. The bathroom fixtures were outdated. the cleaning felt superficial. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned. additionally, i observed that some of the furniture in common areas was worn.

I appreciated the breakfast food selection. The variety was ample. The hotel location is near both the airport and the beach (it really is). Staff interactions were friendly. They offered competent service.

relaxing stay near the beach
spacious room comfortable bed fantastic shower breakfast buffet
we enjoyed the spacious room and a super comfortable bed. the bathroom had a fantastic shower. a terrace with seats and table was available. the breakfast buffet included many choices and a chef made omelettes. the cleaning service provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
the hotel is in need of refurbishment and is quite old.

The hotel grounds have three pools, a jacuzzi, and a kiddie pool. Ample sun loungers are near the pools. it is easy to reach all floors using the lifts available.

The hotel has access to a sandy beach. It is less than two minutes from the hotel through a gate. a long promenade is nearby for walking and a big shopping centre can be reached nearby.
