the location was perfect for getting to the ski lifts, shops, bars and restaurants. intersport within the building was convenient and offered a locker room with ski access.

my room was not ready even after the late check in time of 5pm (i arrived around 6pm). they asked for €40 for each hour of a late check out. when i asked if i could claim the same €40 for the delay during checking in, i received silence.

the team was helpful and always smiling. the ski lockers were super clean and easy to use. the location was excellent, a short walk from the gondola for quick access to the slopes. rooms even had beautiful views over the slopes, what a treat!

i was badly advised on parking and this led to my hire car being scratched on two panels. the hotel offered no help or support, that was very disappointing.

The room was super clean. The location was perfect for access to lifts shops bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

The reception team were pleasant but not especially helpful. There is no play area for children under four. I had to use one euro for the swimming pool lockers.

the location proved convenient. proximity to the ski lift and the village restaurants was valuable. the pool also provided a welcome amenity after a day on the slopes.

the reception staff gave insufficient advice regarding parking. my hire car sustained damage because of this and incurred additional costs. the hotel offered no support and denied initially providing the incorrect advice.

the receptionist was visibly annoyed when i asked if we could return our ski room key at 11am instead of 10am. this also happened when i asked if we could also use the pool until 11am. this.

The ski room is not heated. Hence, ski boots may remain wet overnight.
