the breakfast selection was amazing it had a great variety of options. the shuttle service to the ski lifts was very convenient. i appreciated the jacuzzi after a day on the slopes it felt great. the ski hire service within the hotel was also very convenient and reasonable.

the room i had was a bit dated and could use some refreshing but it was clean overall.

the hotel has breakfast and dinner with a rich choice of meals. the food was delicious with a great variety of options on the menu and i felt the chef provided excellent service.

Breakfast offered a great selection.

The door handle in my room broke off shortly after I arrived. It took them over 24 hours to fix it, REALLY inconvenient. the pillows had visible blood stains on them. The spa's jacuzzi was cold too.

dusty furniturebroken door

The room felt quite dated. the furniture looked a bit old, and there was dust on it. the entrance door also didn't close properly. It seemed broken. the price felt high considering these issues, especially for a room for two adults and two children. we even had trouble getting enough towels. My daughter had to go to reception, and the staff didn't understand! also, there were two tvs but only one remote, and we were told to wait for the cleaning staff the next day. what??
