Really good Amenities and Service

helpful staff modern television ample space
The staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. The room contained a modern television with several channels. I found ample space for luggage storage in the closet. It also featured an iron and ironing board.
The stairs to the upper floors were somewhat narrow. This made carrying larger suitcases slightly difficult.

street noise single-glazed window
the staff were friendly, this was acceptable.
The room was quite noisy at night. The street sounds were very disruptive. the single-glazed window did little to block out the noise. I didn't sleep well. ventilation was poor if i closed the window.
