my room were very nice and neat, including a good tv and some nice biscuits. breakfast was beautifully cooked with extra choices. the shower was really good with nice toiletries.
i thought the views were a little poor from the bedroom. i was expecting more views of the lake district.

the location is great to visit many lovely lakes. the rooms are clean and they gave bottled water. they always top up the tea, coffee and biscuits daily. the beds were remade daily too. the beef melted, we had three courses. we want to return soon.
the bedroom was good. the views are not great, this can be improved. breakfast was not special, just one weetabix. they need more choice with yogurts and marmalade.

the team helped us collect keys early. this was to attend a wedding. they also allowed us to check in early. the room was clean. it was tidy too. it included everything needed for our short stay.
the breakfast was disappointing. the full english was cooked well but nothing special.
