The breakfast included locally sourced ingredients. It was a treat. the restaurant served delicious food for evening meals, and i was very charmed by that.

clean room comfortable bed good shower
my room were very nice and neat, including a good tv and some nice biscuits. breakfast was beautifully cooked with extra choices. the shower was really good with nice toiletries.
i thought the views were a little poor from the bedroom. i was expecting more views of the lake district.

charming stay
lovely lakes clean rooms three courses
the location is great to visit many lovely lakes. the rooms are clean and they gave bottled water. they always top up the tea, coffee and biscuits daily. the beds were remade daily too. the beef melted, we had three courses. we want to return soon.
the bedroom was good. the views are not great, this can be improved. breakfast was not special, just one weetabix. they need more choice with yogurts and marmalade.

the hosts are friendly and nice. they never hesitated to assist and fulfil any request. a local chap at the bar gave me some travel advice for the next day.

I found a cute place to stay. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. The room was super clean. It had everything I needed. There was also a restaurant. It looked very nice, although I had other plans .

The staff were helpful. They provided room service even on Sunday. The owners were super friendly and cute. They were always busy, scurrying back and forth.

helpful team clean room tidy room
the team helped us collect keys early. this was to attend a wedding. they also allowed us to check in early. the room was clean. it was tidy too. it included everything needed for our short stay.
the breakfast was disappointing. the full english was cooked well but nothing special.

the hotel is near many of the lovely lakes. these lakes surround keswick and the surrounding area. it's a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty. it's easy to reach popular destinations and enjoy the scenery.

clean towels good breakfast poor views stressed proprietors
the room was super clean, and i appreciated the clean towels. breakfast was really good (especially the bacon!).
the views were poor considering i was near the lake district. the proprietors seemed a bit stressed.
