The staff members were very friendly. They speak English fluently. I found some nuts and apples left in my room as a present. I thought this was a nice touch.
The room we booked looked nothing like the picture. It was small and cramped. I found the outside music playing throughout the complex in the morning annoying. I wanted to sit quietly on the balcony with a coffee.

The hotel facilities were fine, especially the suite. it had two large balconies, a separate living room and kitchen area. the bedroom included a wonderful bath and separate shower. It was great. we spent each day by the pool, a fine space i won't forget.

the hotel boasts easy access to nearby attractions, it is set in a fine location within the resort. the beautiful marina and bay offered fine views. i love this place, though the parking was expensive!

The breakfast was acceptable. The hotel offered fresh food and prompt service.
The room I booked did not look like its picture. It was a small and cramped space. The air conditioning did not work properly. I felt very warm at night.
