The staff were friendly. It was the only positive.
The room balcony door did not lock. The locks seemed purposely misaligned. It felt unsafe at night, and leaving belongings was stressful. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. They rationed everything. The butter tasted rotten.

I liked the rooms view from the balcony a lot. ajey was amazing. He gave me tips for visiting the local area. the room was comfy, and it had great facilities. the staff made it special. They were excellent.
the bathroom design felt cramped when i try to move. polished concrete floors where slippery.

the location is close to the main street, but up a steep hill. tuk-tuks are available near. it was easy for me to walk to nearby restaurants and shops.

breakfast buffet choices includes eggs cooked to order. i noticed it has both continental and sri lankan foods. there were many options for both hot and cold dishes at the breakfast buffet.

The staff arranged a guided hike to Little Adam's Peak, which I appreciated. The hotel was very clean. Its location is central. I could walk to the main attractions and restaurants without needing a tuk-tuk (very convenient!).
I found the bathroom to be a bit small. There wasn't much space for toiletries. Everything felt a little cramped.

The hotel is close to the main road, nice for a quick walk to town. The location provides really good views from the rooms, and transfers are easy to organize directly with the hotel.
