helpful staffpoor soundproofingcramped layout
the staff was very helpful and the breakfast offered a good selection of items (i liked the pastries).
I was disappointed with the noise level. I could clearly hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. this lack of soundproofing made it difficult to relax. additionally, i found the bathroom quite small. Space was limited, and the layout felt cramped.

the staff spoke good english. i found the bedding and pillows VERY comfortable. restaurants were nearby!
the maid created TERRIBLE noise with a vacuum cleaner. this happened every morning and was not a good experience. this was not a very relaxing holiday.

the hotel WAS located close to budapest-keleti. this location made it easy for my family to travel around the city. it also offered MANY food options for us to choose from.

Breakfast was GREAT and had gluten free options.
The room was NOT clean. The shower hose kept falling. The hotel did not clean the rooms because I was supposed to leave a sign. A staff member at reception was terribly rude about it.

The staff was really helpful and spoke English well! The bedding and pillows were great , so I had a comfortable sleep. Underground parking is secured by a gate , a feature I definitely appreciated.
Sound from neighbors was noticeable , particularly due to the laminate flooring. I think even a small carpet would help reduce the noise.

The hotel is in a peaceful neighborhood. Chain Bridge is only 25 minutes away. There are shops near the hotel. I found easy access to transport.

location was alright, close to public transport, i suppose.
The room had issues. The shower rail was loose, a total joke. the sink drain? clogged. i'd expect better, especially considering what i paid.
