Good Stay with a Great Location

The breakfast offered a fantastic selection. I especially enjoyed the fresh pastries. The staff members were friendly and eager to assist with any requests I had. My room had Japanese-inspired decor, which I found to be a unique and good touch (not something you see everyday!). I also found the location to be excellent, with several nice cafes just across the street.
I noticed that the room lacked a kettle, which would have been useful.

The hotel provides cosy reception and lounge areas with beautiful features and furniture. The interior design shows careful attention to detail and adds character. A lovely courtyard terrace is also available.

The personnel were particularly helpful and cute (I really appreciated it!). The staff readily assisted with requests and provided great service throughout my stay. They are friendly and accommodating.

The included breakfast was really like high tea. It had such variety! the room was also unique, with a real key to unlock the door! the location was excellent. Subway and local coffee shops were super close.
the beds were terrible! they were small and divided into two tiny beds. the pillows and mattresses were stained and ripped, ew. the chairs and sofa were impossible to sit on, the covers were dirty and torn.

The reception staff were the BEST EVER! they were really pleasant and attentive. i had a standard room. It had a comfy bed. the breakfast wasn't a buffet. It was served at my table. it included delicious omelettes.
