adequate stay with some drawbacks
circular stairs hot room
the room was quite hot and i could not get anyone to assist at night (staff shortage, maybe?). circular stairs were also a drag after a long day.

small room stained towels
the receptionist was very NICE when i arrived.
The ROOM was small and stuffy. THERE was no air conditioning. i had trouble sleeping because of it. also, i noticed some stains on the towels. They should replace them.

the bar staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in. i received a breakfast pack delivered to my door. the location offered great access for walking to restaurants.

Really good Service and Convenient Location
spacious room convenient location easy check-in
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location allowed easy access to the town center and ferry terminal. Check-in was easy and efficient. The whiskey selection in the bar downstairs added a unique touch to the hotel.
My room was located on the top floor with sloping ceilings, which restricted movement in certain areas.

Staff members carried my luggage up the stairs. This was very helpful. A breakfast bag with continental items was provided outside the room each morning. Recommendations for local restaurants were provided, and they proved to be excellent.
Facilities

The bed was a true king size, nice for comfortable sleep. The whiskey bar had a selection of interesting bottles. High ceilings in the room gave it an airy feel, I found this very appealing.

A continental breakfast bag was available outside the room each morning. The bar offered a variety of drinks. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable, he enhanced my experience.
