a few snags but overall acceptable
great location excellent location various options many breakfast options close proximity close location musty shower dirty shower small balcony limited balcony limited hours late pool
the location was excellent. i appreciated being close to the archaeological museum. the breakfast offered many options, which i enjoyed.
The shower head had a musty smell, which i did not like. the balcony was quite small. I couldn't really sit out there. the rooftop pool didn't open until 10 a.m.. That was a bit late for me.

mixed feelings about my stay
thin walls small bathroom
the room i had was somewhat disappointing. the walls seemed thin, i could hear a lot of noise from the corridor outside, not ideal. also, the bathroom was smaller than i anticipated, with the sink located outside it. these issues affected my overall comfort and made it difficult to fully relax.

archaeological museum transportation assistance varied breakfast clean room
The hotel is very close to the archaeological museum. It is less than a block. the front desk assisted with transportation to Knossos and the ferry. the breakfast had a great choice, offering Cretan, Greek, and international options. the room service was done daily. The hotel is very clean.
the hard bed was uncomfortable with dated furniture from the moment I stepped into reception all the way through the hotel.

The staff were smiley and friendly. I felt welcomed. the reception staff were helpful and efficient. Particularly when i hired a car. they helped me to find one and parked it for me overnight.

The hotel's location is in the centre. there are many restaurants and cafés near the hotel. it is easy to access the major city museum, shopping, and cinema. The bus stops are right outside.

fantastic location and service!
rooftop pool excellent views efficient service friendly staff
The hotel has a rooftop pool. It's a great spot to relax and the views of the city and port are amazing! i hired a car with the hotel, and they parked it for me each day. The valet service was super efficient. breakfast was a real treat. There was lots of choice and the quality was excellent. the staff were always smiling and eager to help, even with my tricky travel plans!
The bathroom was a little small. There wasn't much space to move around, but it was manageable for a short stay.

fantastic stay!
rooftop pool fantastic location
the rooftop pool was a fantastic bonus and it had a cafe with great food. i could use the pool area while waiting for my late flight. the location is ideal, near the archaeological museum and buses to everywhere. you are right in the center of town for eating and exploring.
the bathtub was not good. there was a ring of mold around the edge where the vinyl meets the tub and there was water in the tub with flecks of mold. i didn't bathe .

the rooftop pool didn't disappoint. there's plenty of room up there, so you don't have to hurry to get a lounge chair. i found it peaceful and quiet despite being in the city center.

The newly renovated rooms featured comfortable beds. the balcony provided sunset views. the rooftop pool offered plenty of space with ample lounge chairs available. It was peaceful despite the central city location.
