adequate Stay
friendly staff full breakfast clean room low pressure broken lock no heating
The staff was friendly, and they addressed my needs. The room was clean. The breakfast included a FULL English breakfast.
The central heating was not working, so the room felt cold. Water pressure in the bathroom was very low. It was difficult to shower. THE lock on the room door looked to have been broken.

amazing Hospitality
great hospitality comfy bed decent room
the team's hospitality impressed me greatly. Grant got me a room last minute! the room was decent and the bed was super comfy. I slept wonderfully, it was like sleeping on a cloud.
i noticed some cleaning equipment was left at the bottom of the stairwell. this equipment was in a public area. i hope they consider moving it to improve the overall look.

the chef, kieran, really went out of his way. he delivered a tasty lasagne and pie even after finishing his shift. it was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated by everyone, it elevated my stay.

a mixed experience
damp issues poor cleaning
the room had some serious damp issues. the window was rotten and screwed shut, i noticed mould and cobwebs in the wardrobe. the bedding was thin and poor quality, i even found an old contact lens on the floor, so cleaning was not good. it was very expensive for a poor room.

adequate stay AT a decent price
friendly staff nice breakfast options great location unprepared rooms check-in issue
the STAFF WERE very nice and friendly. Breakfast was included in the price and offered nice options. The location was great to explore the area, I thought.
i stayed two nights and booked two rooms IN advance. WE was not to have been expected because we were sent away because the rooms WERE not ready. I arrived at 14.40 for a 15.00 hr checkin.
