excellent stay with friendly staff
convenient location helpful staff clean pool
i found the location convenient with a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. the staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. the variety of fruits and vegetables available, especially during the winter months, was amazing. i especially loved the coffee area and the pool area was big and clean.
the drinks were average in quality, lacking premium brands.

the main restaurant offered diverse food options for every taste. the bar near the pool provided a great experience with bartenders serving finely crafted cocktails. breakfast included fresh ingredients with many options and varied choices.

huge spaces varied food lovely beach
the hotel had huge spaces everywhere ensuring people spread out despite the off-season crowd i always found a vacant table in the restaurants the pool and even the beach were never crowded the food selection was excellent generous and varied the pool bar served great cocktails from 10 am while the beach bar offered beer wine and soft drinks. the sandy beach was lovely and within walking distance from the hotel i noticed many cats around the hotel whom they feed.
a large part of the staff did not listen when you placed an order

supportive staff sincere sympathy constant support
the staff was supportive after our daughter's accident they showed empathy and care ensuring she felt pampered. the general manager personally welcomed us offering sincere sympathy. the guest relations team provided constant support and kindness.

the food had a varied and tasty selection plus there is an a la carte restaurant available. the bar manager prepared delicious milkshakes daily. drinks at the beach bar included beer wine and soft drinks.

a stay with minor drawbacks
big lobby restaurant food super coffee room cleaners fresh towels empty mini bar
the hotel boasts a big lobby with a bar. the restaurant provided good food . i especially enjoyed the super coffee prepared by the barista. the gym had great facilities.
the room cleaners only made the beds. they also only put fresh towels in the bathroom. they did not clean the room itself. the mini bar in the room was never filled .
