The hotel staff were very kind. They received my luggage and placed it in my room. I thought that was ACCEPTABLE.
The shower didn't work in my room. I had ice cold water and no water pressure . It was too stressful.

The location was acceptable because it was within walking distance of some attractions.
The shower temperature was erratic. It went from hot to ice cold with no warning. The breakfast selection was SMALL, and there was no variety from day to day. The staff didn't seem particularly concerned about these issues.

the staff was fabulous and addressed every concern i had. i retrieved my lost wallet thanks to their immediate assistance. breakfast each day was fabulous and the coffee was made fresh for us! i felt valued and cared for .
The wi-fi signal was occasionally weak. I hope they address this minor issue soon.

the room was always clean. it also felt functional. it was not huge but it was adequate for our needs. the bathroom was modern, and the bed was really quite comfortable after a long day.

OUR beautiful room was HUGE. I noticed a coffee station ready for use. The marble bathtub in the bathroom was also a HUGE plus. I also saw luxury shops a short walk away.
