Excellent Stay Near Porte Maillot

The staff offered very friendly and helpful service. They answered my questions about transport and nearby places. My room was very nice and neat. I will definitely return. The hotel decor was quite nice. It is easy to travel to places from this location. I found the location to be very quiet. I had a great time. The bed was super comfy. I will definitely come back.
The room was very slightly smaller than expected. I had some difficulty with luggage storage.

The front desk staff was efficient at check-in and check-out, offering luggage assistance and providing directions to local attractions. They always had a smile and were very cute and professional. This helped to streamline my travel arrangements and made the arrival process smooth.

faulty air conditioningno support
The air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own one afternoon. I told the front desk but apparently, ac repair wasn't on their to-do list? coming back later, i found nobody around to even complain to. Firefighters are apparently your only option after hours.. what a joke! the lack of after-hours support is a serious flaw. This is unacceptable and ruined the experience.
