the hotel staff was very friendly! julien at reception was helpful, also the in-house service and waiting staff were great. the breakfast had many options for everyone. our room included an amazing view of the beach, and the toiletries were of great quality!

the air conditioning did not work and despite me complaining, they didnt fix it or offer another room and it made for a very uncomfortable night.
