gorgeous gardenexcellent location
the garden area was very gorgeous. it had a veranda, this overlooked the garden, a very nice plus. the location proved excellent, a simple five-minute walk got me to the duomo piazza and leaning tower.
my fridge was noisy. i had to unplug it so i could sleep at night.

the room was a bit of a letdown, honestly. i mean, the minibar was so noisy, i swear it was trying to have a conversation with me all night. and the air conditioning, held together with tape, didn't help much either. not exactly a quiet nights rest, i must say.

The super nice team. They assisted me with restaurant suggestions. the beautiful king room was beautifully decorated. breakfast had a good spread (i especially enjoyed the pastries!). the location was perfect. The tower was just a short walk.
The bathroom light seemed to be on a timer. It turned off unexpectedly.

the hotel is just a few minutes from the main square and restaurants. it is a very central location making it easy to access key landmarks and enjoy local dining. this made exploring the area convenient.

I really liked the convenient location and the super friendly staff. the beautiful back terrace was perfect. i also appreciated the availability of wine and snacks. I didn't have to search for a store. they helped me order a taxi, so i could get to the airport on time.
the breakfast was okay. the scrambled eggs were not good, the worst i have ever tasted!
