a tender embrace of timeless beauty
underground passage good products renewed feeling
I cherished the underground passage connecting the spa and the hotel. It was like a secret. the spa's pool, sauna, steam room, and hamam offered moments of pure bliss. treatments left me feeling renewed, and the staff provided warm, helpful service at every turn. bedrooms showcased open windows with fresh air and a spacious bathroom, adorned with good products.
The minibar items were overpriced, and the complimentary water was limited, it was a slight inconvenience. Though the stay was otherwise beautiful.

underwhelming experience
missing towels slow dinner
the service felt a bit off, ya know? the cleaning staff completely forgot to replace the bath towels one day, so i had to call reception. also, dinner service was slow. it took like, two hours between the first course and dessert. seriously?

decent stay, some issues.
historic relics excellent service scuffed furniture peeling wallpaper
the outdoor pool area felt very nice. i liked the beautiful decorations with historic relics. the service felt excellent, it wasn't snobby.
The room seemed a bit run down with scuffed furniture. the wallpaper in the halls was peeling. i found that the air conditioning wasn't easy to adjust. I had to call reception to change the temperature. it was annoying in the middle of the night.
