the riad has a beautiful Moroccan style. i love the fresh scent of orange. staff were very helpful even when they were busy. i enjoyed every minute of my stay.
the customer service was terrible from two front of house people. everything seemed to be for their convenience and not mine. the shower head in bathroom needed attention and flooded the floor. food was ok but items were forgotten.

some issues encountered
weird smellsmall room
my room smelled odd, possibly due to the sewage system. i booked a 'superior double room', described as 19m2 with appealing photos, but instead i got a very small room downstairs. this space was clearly not what i expected for the price i paid.. a bit disappointing. i think it's important for the hotel to ensure that room descriptions accurately reflect what guests receive.
