an oasis of calm.
moroccan decorfresh pastriesinner courtyardinconsistent water
the staff was attentive. i appreciated the traditional moroccan decor in the room. breakfast included fresh pastries and fruit, it was a lovely start to each day. i found the inner courtyard to be very peaceful.
the hot water in the shower was inconsistent, a more reliable temperature control would improve the experience.

the architecture and interior design is very authentic. the hotel is well maintained and clean. the staff is very courteous. i especially liked the authentic morrocan style and attention to detail.
The shower had cold water, very uncomfortable. no key is provided for the main building entrance, and when i asked why, i was told that they do not give it. This was not ideal.

the staff was always quick to respond to requests. they offered help with luggage and provided information about local attractions. the team ensured i had a smooth and relaxing stay throughout my visit.
