the reception staff, alona and ana, offered really good hospitality. they were very friendly and helpful in making my stay convenient. the location was also nice..

the restaurant staff was very friendly and ensured i had a good spot to eat. the animation team worked tirelessly, they kept guests entertained during the day and evening.

the hotel has two pools adequate for its size, even if they felt a little crowded at times. deck chairs were readily available, so securing one wasn't difficult. the hotel offers no umbrellas or shade by the pool.

the room included two bedrooms with comfortable, large beds and two bathrooms. one bathroom included a bathtub, a nice addition. the rooms at palas ii are refurbished, modern, very clean, and practical, despite not being overly large.

the standard room offered a nice sea view. the daily cleaning service kept it very tidy. the bus stop nearby provided easy transport to surrounding areas like salou and tarragona.
the indoor swimming pool seemed somewhat small.

I loved the multiple pools and availability of sunbeds. There was plenty of room. the food was tasty and fresh, i thought that was amazing. i found the proximity to both town and beach very convenient.
The poolside toilets needed more frequent cleaning. I saw them a bit messy at times.

The staff managed the bar efficiently. I didn't wait too long for drinks, that's for sure! the team at the restaurant worked so hard to help with anything. the service was fantastic!
