The staff coordinated taxi service efficiently. I found the breakfast generous. The rooms were quiet and dark so morning light did not bother me. The bed felt very comfortable and included memory foam pillows and a mattress.

The staff provided excellent attention! I received an upgrade to a double or twin room without even asking. The owner assisted with parking, escorting the car to the garage. A staff member retrieved my car from the contracted garage when it was raining upon departure. WHAT a service!
The air conditioning was REALLY noisy in the room.

The receptionists were attentive and offered prompt help with luggage storage. Concierge services were readily available with staff providing detailed directions to local attractions. Room service orders arrived quickly and the staff delivered them with utmost courtesy.
