excellent river view room!
magnificent location helpful staff delicious breakfast
the location was indeed magnificent. the view from my prestige suite river view was so worth waking up to, it looked over the arno river. breakfast was consistently delicious, i stayed for four nights. the staff was very helpful from the front door to housekeeping.
i found that the bathroom door lock kept getting stuck though, and i almost got locked in.

Breakfast is located just off the main lobby. It features a selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and hot dishes. seating is available both indoors and in the central courtyard area. the area remains very clean.

My room had a nice river view. The hotel provides a rooftop terrace. It allowed for enjoyment of the scenery.
The room was slightly smaller than the pictures suggested on the website.

a decent stay
rooftop terrace very nice views bathroom door stuck lock
the hotel sits near the river. i also noticed restaraunts and shops were nearby. the rooftop terrace had very nice views. guests can bring their own wine to enjoy.
the room i selected seemed smaller than it looked in the pictures. the lighting in the room was dark. the bathroom door lock kept getting stuck. both of us got locked in.

adequate stay, some issues
river view spa bath wrong room no apology
the room was spacious. i loved the river view and the spa bath. it had that unique boutique hotel vibe. the location was great.
i checked in and was given a room. two men from the hotel arrived banging on the door saying i needed to leave. they said i was given the wrong room. no apology or explanation was given.
