great locationincluded breakfasthigh ceilingfailing signold bathroomproper door
the location was great. the breakfast was included, and i found it nice. the room was spacious, with high ceilings, which i liked.
the elevator right at the entrance stated "enter slowly and wait for it to stabilize". it had a flashing sign, SO i was not keen TO use it. bathroom was super old, with NO proper door. the ac was functional, though.

Acceptable Stay NEAR the duomo, HOWEVER some issues

The location was excellent, steps away from the Duomo.
The room felt quite dark. The window was blurred, limiting natural light. THE bed was uncomfortable, causing back pains after the first night. The breakfast offered very few choices, and most items seemed artificial.

the location was acceptable, situated conveniently close to the duomo.
The elevators were certainly a concern. One was labeled with a sign that flashed and warned to enter slowly, it looked unsafe. the bathroom was old and it lacked a proper door. the air conditioning was also not effective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm .
