location good, but room had issues

the staff gave good recommendations for places to eat. the food was delicious as a result.

the room was much too small. i also couldn't sleep because the room faced a noisy street. motorbikes went by constantly. i would not stay here again.

The breakfast included a long list of choices you could select the day before. This system worked very well. the location was also excellent. i walked everywhere easily. the staff were very kind. They spoke english and were accommodating. they also provided snacks like local sweet nut mixture and taralli crackers.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. many must-see places are nearby, easily accessible. it is a very walkable area with many restaurants close by. Everything is convenient.

My room featured fantastic decor and was very clean! my room was also large, well-appointed, and comfortable. the doors opened to the bustling street below. They were quite soundproof when closed.

The staff ensured i was comfortable. They provided great insights into local attractions. they also arranged a private driver each way from the airport. they were connected to their guests and was pretty good. the reception staff were very helpful.

alessandra at the front desk was very helpful and kind. the hotel had a valet car service , i appreciated this option.

the breakfast had limited variety , this was slightly disappointing. the quality of the croissants could improve , i noticed this detail.
