i found the staff very helpful . they offered information on local attractions. the hotel's proximity to the louise metro station was a great convenience for city travel. i could easily explore various parts of the city.
the staircase to the second floor felt a bit narrow making it slightly difficult to carry heavy luggage.

the location was convenient to landmarks in the city. i found the staff quite helpful and polite . the breakfast included tasty options and a variety of choices.
The hotel lacked soundproofing. I heard other guests.

the staff was helpful. my superior double room had a nice design. the hotel's location was close to many restaurants (i tried a great italian place!).
the slow wifi was a problem. the roomkey was a large, clunky fob that wasn't easy to carry around. i found the bathtub difficult to get into, it needed a big step.

i had a great experience here the staff was friendly and helpful i liked the communal areas for relaxing the rooms were super clean and cozy the location was quiet but close to public transport and within walking distance of grand plaza
