stained sheet much dust
the location was acceptable. there were local shops around the hotel.
the hotel did not meet my expectations for cleanliness. i found stains on the sheets. there was also quite a bit of dust in the room. this was concerning, because i am allergic to dust.

wonderful experience.
eating places helpful staff
the hotel was well located with some good eating places nearby. it was easy to get to, though not central. as a single female traveller, i felt safe. the staff were cute and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent and great value. I found the coffee and pastries to be particularly good. the dining area was clean and well-kept, with a peaceful atmosphere , made it a pleasure to start my day.

Nearby, the metro station offered easy access to the city center. Plus. there were several restaurants and shops within a short walk. the hotel's location in a quieter area provided a nice escape from the bustling city center.

the staff were very friendly and efficient.
The shower area was small. i found it hard to shower without flooding the toilet area. the room itself was also small. It was just enough space.

i found the staff very helpful . they offered information on local attractions. the hotel's proximity to the louise metro station was a great convenience for city travel. i could easily explore various parts of the city.
the staircase to the second floor felt a bit narrow making it slightly difficult to carry heavy luggage.

the location was convenient to landmarks in the city. i found the staff quite helpful and polite . the breakfast included tasty options and a variety of choices.

friendly staff comfortable room quiet area easy access
i had a great experience here the staff was friendly and helpful i liked the communal areas for relaxing the rooms were very comfy and tidy the location was quiet but close to public transport and within walking distance of grand plaza
