an really good stay!

I found the location amazing. it was right by the water taxis, so convenient. the building itself is a beautiful 16th-century structure, and that can't be beat! the free mini bar was also a nice touch. I enjoyed the bilinis and a coke.

i didn't have comfortable seating in my room on the top floor.

the room had amazing air conditioning. the location was very close to the water bus stop (this serves the airport and local islands).

the hotel entrance was unassuming. a staff member in the back didn't greet us cordially (i think he needs some training).

The location was excellent. It was easy to reach by foot or waterbus. the room was very comfortable and lovely. i liked the complimentary mini bar. we could have stayed longer. we will definitely return.

the automatic lighting was not good. i couldn't disable them, so getting up at night caused the lights to come on.

good hotel, few issues

the location is great. a water-bus station is just behind the hotel. it is modern room with great amenities. the minibar items included complimentary prosecco and wine.

the lock on the door malfunctioned the whole night and kept us awake, we kept thinking someone was coming into our room. when i told staff, the person on duty did not really care or do anything to help. it was a bit disappointing and i had a terrible night sleep, it affected our day in the city.
