quiet location, great service

I found the location ideal, very near st mark's square. the staff were very helpful with directions. my room was clean and well appointed. the breakfast buffet had many choices. I especially liked the fresh fruit.
the air conditioning unit made some noise during the night. this slightly disrupted my sleep. i suggest the hotel look into maintenance.

The staff were cute, it. I found the decor, from the entry to the inner garden, very aesthetically pleasing. The lounge area close to the elevator provided a comforting space. The bathroom and room were supremely luxurious. I also liked the shutters on the windows.
The pillows felt a bit too firm for my liking.

the staff secured a taxi for me and helped with my bags right to the taxi. the bathroom had a soaking bathtub and shower, i found it a real treat (after all that walking!).

my recent visit left a lot to be desired. the air conditioning was quite weak. it struggled to cool the room effectively. this made sleeping difficult. the breakfast selection was also disappointing. it lacked variety, and items often ran out quickly. i found myself wishing for more options.
