A Venetian Dream, a Flawless Retreat

The staff greeted us with warm smiles. This kindness set the tone for our visit. I appreciated the water taxi access right from the hotel. This made traveling to the airport stress-free.
The older fixtures in the bathroom showed some wear and tear. I hope they receive attention soon.

The breakfast room had a lovely balcony. I could overlook the canal and drink coffee. the front desk provided restaurant recommendations, and they proved amazing.
the shower was a little difficult to get into because of the small space.

The hotel decor charmed me, especially the chandeliers and classic details. the location allowed easy access to shops and eateries. Everything felt very close. breakfast offered fresh croissants and good coffee. It was a good start to each day.
the elevator was a bit slow at peak times.

the location was great especially if looking for some authentic italian view
the heating had an issue it resulted in sleepless nights as it was too hot i was told to open the window this wasnt the best solution as the room overlooked a noisy alleyway below the bathroom was cramped
