Reasonable experience
great room convenient kitchen sound insulation homeless people
The room was great, it had a kitchen and living area. This was convenient, as I stayed for almost a week (it offered me plenty of space). The rooftop was fabulous. It was great. I could also take drinks up from the bar.
The rooms are not sound proof. It was advertised as such but this was not my experience. I noticed a suspicious amount of homeless people loitering in the near area every day for the week of my stay. I also noticed suspected prostitutes.

equipped kitchen useful facilities dripping toilet noisy apartment
the room was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. laundry facilities were available and useful. the rooftop was fabulous.
the toilet was dripping and it was not resolved. the ground floor apartment was noisy. i had very little sleep.

central location complimentary drink practical kitchen not soundproof homeless people low ceilings
The location was very central. All attractions were easily accessible by foot. the staff were so kind, i even received a complimentary drink upon my arrival. the kitchen was practical. It had everything i needed.
The rooms were not soundproof even though that was advertised. there were some homeless people near the hotel, and it did not feel safe. ceilings and beams were low. It was easy to bump your head!

poor insulation small window
check-in was acceptable, with staff at every contact point.
I stayed in a junior suite and found it to be somewhat dark. The small window offered limited natural light. i was also disappointed by the noise level. The sound insulation was poor. sounds from the street and nearby social center made it difficult to sleep well at night.

dim room chaotic breakfast
The room faced an alley, very little natural light. It was quite dim even during the day! also, the breakfast setup felt a bit disorganized. The small space was often crowded and it was hard to find a table. This made the mornings rather chaotic!

Excellent Location and Spacious Room
spacious room necessary equipment laundry facilities pleasant terrace
I was very happy with the size of the room. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. Laundry facilities proved quite useful . The rooftop terrace offered a pleasant outdoor space with city views.
My room overlooked a side street and the noise at night was a bit loud. It was hard to sleep well due to the thin walls of the building.

The staff was very cute during check-in. They also assisted me with directions to local attractions. The team seemed genuinely happy to help with any request I had.
