The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the city center. Buses to other areas and the airport were also very close. The hotel gym could be booked privately. I appreciated this great plus..
I noticed there were no tea bags. Instant coffee was also not available for the water boiler in the room. When I inquired, staff at the breakfast room informed me, they do NOT provide these items. I observed the room looked quite run down for a 4-star hotel.

i found the staff very friendly. the location was really convenient, only a short walk to the city center (it was easy to explore).
the room felt a bit small, especially the bathroom. i noticed the walls weren't very soundproof, so i could hear noise from other rooms.

The hotel location worked well. It was central to everything. I walked everywhere from there. The staff was friendly. Manuel at the front desk gave great directions. The room had USB power sockets. That was convenient.
The breakfast selection was small. I found it disappointing. The hotel gym was small. It had no weights. The room lacked tea or coffee. This was surprising considering the price.
