musty scent bathroom design
I find some issues . My room had a distinct musty scent. It was not what I expect and was really unpleasant. The bathroom design meant water spread everywhere after a shower. There were no real attempts made to address my concerns at the front desk. I found that annoying.

best rate apple tea limited options weird smell
Omer was helpful. He found me the best rate for balloons. he explained the process in detail and offered me apple tea. he even gave me a ride, so kind of him!
The breakfast options seemed limited. If you aren't a local it might not suit you. my room had a weird smell, almost moldy. It, i think.

solid stay with amazing views
airport shuttle rooftop terrace helpful staff
i booked a hot air balloon tour through the hotel. the staff arranged a shuttle to and from the airport. the hotel features a rooftop terrace. i saw hot air balloons easily from there each morning. the hotel is close to several restaurants.
the room had a heavy key. it was sometimes difficult to open and close the door.

breakfast offered many local items. the staff assisted with any requests at breakfast. staff members were very attentive to my needs, going above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied with the provided services.

the room was a cave room. this gave a unique feel to the stay. the room included sufficient heating for a winter visit, especially when the fireplace was used.
