authentic experience
attentive staff breakfast team super clean team
the staff WERE amazing. i give special mention to the breakfast team, they were quick to refill items. cleaners kept everything super clean. i appreciate the staff.
the hotel is up a fairly steep hill. This could be a problem for some. i wish i had known this.

The breakfast WAS more than excellent. It included a variety of local cheeses and fresh fruit. Fresh juice IS also available each morning. I REALLY appreciated the variety.

The room WAS very big and clean. The facilities WERE amazing and modern. The bed WAS very comfortable. I felt i slept REALLY well.

the hotel sits high on a hill. This offers one of the best views for the morning balloon rides. It is also a good spot for sunsets. i took FANTASTIC photos.

delicious options central location
the breakfast was delicious! fresh options were always available, and the outdoor terrace provided a lovely start to the day. i especially liked that the location was central, hot air balloons views were lovely!
the jacuzzi door came off its sliders!

local shops breakfast options easy access
i stayed in a king suite and the space felt REALLY luxurious. Breakfast had A LOT of options and the staff kept everything super clean. The location provided easy access to local shops and restaurants, SUCH a plus.
the gym equipment felt a little outdated.
