charming stay at a prime location
helpful staff spacious room
the hotel offered a fantastic location with a shopping mall nearby! restaurants and coffee shops were easily accessible. the front desk staff was very helpful. mr larry provided support to everyone. the rooms are spacious and clean.

a beautiful stay!
warmth greeting nice privacy helpful information
Eason was so helpful. He greeted me with such warmth. he guided me with all necessary information i needed for my stay. the layout of the bathroom, toilet, and walk-in closet gave such nice privacy from the bedroom and study area.
I found that some hotel staff lacked english proficiency, made communication a bit difficult. the tv channels were quite limited. A wider selection of international channels would enhance the experience.

the hotel is near xidan area. several shopping malls are reachable within a short walk. wangfujing subway station is also just a few stops away, which offers convenient access to various parts of the city.

the staff were friendly and helpfulwith a cute atmosphere. the front desk was patient with queries, especially as it was my first time in the area. every request was handled efficiently and with a positive attitude.

the food at the bar on the 18th floor was AMAZING!!! the snacks were tasty, and the service was good. the breakfast options were diverse, including chinese, vegan, and oriental dishes with fruits, juices, yogurts, and teas.

the hotel has a spacious room. the beds provided were comfortable. the bathroom was very clean. this included a very large swimming pool with saunas and warm baths, a lovely and very luxury hotel!!!
