breakfast varietydistant poolconfusing lighting
the rooms were very spacious , and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.
The pool was not on the hotel . I had to take a shuttle a considerable distance to another location. additionally , the lighting system in my room was confusing. i would switch one light off , and another would activate , requiring me to spend an unnecessary amount of time figuring out how to turn off all the lights.

The staff was fantastic, and everyone was ready to answer questions. They offered support and listened to guests. The room was big and clean. It had everything i needed. The restaurants offered a good menu.

The location was convenient to Tuan Chan International Marina for cruises. It made accessing my tour simple and stress-free. the proximity to the departure point was definitely a benefit

the staff helped arrange transport, acceptable.
The pool was not directly at the hotel. A buggy drive was necessary. this took me to a location with an unsettling atmosphere, a sort of ghost island (i was not amused).

The staff was very helpful, they arranged a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby private beach. I thought that was nice. the rooms are spacious, mine was a trend suite 1 king sized bed. the hotel also offers a free shuttle to the marina, very convenient for my cruise the next day.
the light switches in my room were a little confusing! apply, twice.
