wonderful family escape

amazing views ample space fresh pastries quick assistance

the views from the room were just amazing. our superior family room non-smoking had ample space. the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices (especially the fresh pastries!). the staff assisted quickly with any request.

the elevators were a bit slow during peak hours.

The staff was friendly. They were helpful throughout my stay. The hotel rooms were cleaned every day. I found the location convenient. It was only a short taxi ride away from the main attractions. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday because of these features.

The gym lacked air conditioning, towels, and sufficient water. Its cleanliness could improve.

I received a complimentary upgrade to the Executive King Suite! This room was spacious and very clean. The view from the 19th floor was very nice. I watched the bay without looking away.
