very nice attentivenesspositive tone
The staff displayed very nice attentiveness. Every member, from reception to housekeeping, showed genuine care. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast and plentiful yummy offerings, everything setting a positive tone. i liked that the staff ensured we had enough of everything, made our mornings good, SUCH consideration!
it did create some noise, particularly during certain hours, a slight inconvenience at times.

The room was quite spacious offering good comfort . It felt very clean. the room was indeed A pleasant space. there were enough outlets for charging devices.

breakfast included an assortment of dishes, setting us up nicely for the day. the view from the breakfast room was lovely, encompassing the beautiful bay and beyond. THE breakfast selections were fresh.

the hotel is situated near a NICE beach making it accessible for seaside relaxation. the location allowed for easy exploration. it was good for both visiting the national park and taking boat tours of the bay.

the front staff provided really good assistancewith help with motorbike rentals. tour suggestions were also offered with no pressure applied. their english communication skills were excellent and they met our needs. ORGANIZATION was excellent.

The staff helped organize transport.. that was efficient. The room included a functional air conditioner. The location was very convenient. The breakfast room had a beautiful view.
The room was not very spacious. The beds were very firm.. almost like boards. The bathroom was undesirable because it lacked ventilation. The taps were rusty.
