acceptable stay
wonderful staff family pool comfortable bed torn net missing drainer water stain
the staff were wonderful. the family pool with the water slide was a huge highlight for our family. the bed was super comfy.
the net on the screen door was torn in different places. i could not leave the balcony door open because of this. the shower drainer was completely out. i was terrified that something climbed up during the night!!!

comfortable bed breakfast buffet
i loved the comfortable bed and large balcony. the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! the variety of options was so exciting and it was so fresh. i really saw wildlife right from my room, it was like paradise.

open air reception jungle view beautiful villa breakfast quality extra charge room rate
The open-air reception gave a great first impression because of the jungle view. Our beautiful villa had a direct view of the jungle and the Pacific Ocean. The refrigerator included a complimentary bottle of water, a coffee maker, and paper towels.
The breakfast was simple (I expected more for what I paid). Dishes like guacamole toast were charged extra. This policy was confusing, considering the room rate.
