the hotel's regal interiors impressed me. the staff was friendly and cute, a real plus. i also appreciated the amazing views from the hotel.
the bar had only one bottle of sherry available, it was a bit odd.

the hotel sits atop a hill a little way out of town. the views of the local mountains from the bedroom were lovely! it is next to the medieval castle of santa catalina, giving it a historic feel.

public areas are built to a very high standard, i saw that. the hotel features a swimming pool, though i did not use it. the hotel is huge but the bar was somewhat understaffed, it's worth noting.

i found the location provided amazing views from my bedroom of the mountains. public areas was built to a very high standard. rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
my shower seemed to spill over and it created a huge puddle. the maintenance guy came quickly and drained it. it could have been done before it happened as a regular maintenance , however.
