helpful staff quiet room good breakfast comfortable bed
The staff stored my ice packs, very helpful because I had damaged my knee. My room had good space, and it was quiet even though it faced a main road. Breakfast was a GOOD start to the day. The bed was comfortable.
The shower cubicle was very small.

excellent stay in a convenient spot
great features simple parking ideal location easy access
my single room had great features. car parking was simple. i've stayed here before and find it a great location for central access (especially with haymarket only a short walk away). the location was ideal to reach the centre and airport by bus.
the wifi was a bit slow. because of this, i couldn't use the tv throughout my stay. james was nice but seemed to be in a rush to be done with you.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
slow wifi dated room
the wifi was quite slow, made streaming difficult (i wanted to watch a film in the evening). also, the room felt a bit dated. the small television had limited channels, so i couldn't really use it, (i prefer a bigger screen when i'm relaxing in my room).

romantic getaway
main floor suite comfortable beds tasty breakfast
i appreciated that they granted our request for the main floor suite because my mother was with us it provided much easier access without stairs the high ceilings gave the room a spacious feel also the beds were very comfortable the daily breakfast was quite tasty we were even given a packed breakfast for our early tour.
the shower was small every time i raised my elbows i bumped into the walls

the family room accommodated three adults comfortably it included nice high ceilings that enhanced the feeling of spaciousness the beds allowed restful sleep they were very comfortable.

the hotel is a very short walk to haymarket tram stop as well as haymarket train station a bus stop sits right outside the hotel which is so convenient many restaurants and pubs are nearby offering various dining options.

breakfast was served daily it was quite tasty the hotel also provided a packed continental breakfast for our early tour that we could take with us this added a lovely touch of care.
