excellent locationclosed poolmanager behavior

the location was excellent the room was also excellent

i booked this hotel as it has a pool upon arrival i was told it was closed it did not open until summer it was june the sixth and the temperature was high i was not even allowed to sit outside by the empty pool the manager was not sympathetic at all i asked several times for some form of compensation and she eventually agreed to a complimentary breakfast
