the location is fine. staff welcomed me warmly. the rooms were very nice. i found the size, furnishings, and comfort excellent (it had such a nice ambiance).

i noticed some dust outside.

the bedroom window gave an really good view of the hanging houses. the staff offered friendly service. i especially loved the guest facilities and the dining room. the breakfast was delicious with gluten-free options!!!

there was no free parking, so i had to pay 25 euros for a space. the bathroom had black mold on the tiles with a shower over the bath. there was no free bottled drinking water. coffee facilities were very basic for the high price.

this hotel has a superb view and it is a beautiful building. hiking paths go up the hill behind the hotel, beyond the zip line terminus. the setting is perfect for walking and seeing the sites.

the check-in process was very simple everything went smoothly i only had to present my passport. the bar had a great menu. the staff were very helpful and nice to me.

i found the easy check in quite helpful. the staff was friendly. my room had a magnificent view of the hanging houses. the building itself was fine and designed so well.

upon arrival, i learn we could only use the pool facilities until 5 pm. there was a wedding, you see. finding this out at check in, instead of sooner, was upsetting.

i booked this hotel as it has a pool upon arrival i was told it was closed it did not open until summer it was june the sixth and the temperature was high i was not even allowed to sit outside by the empty pool the manager was not sympathetic at all i asked several times for some form of compensation and she eventually agreed to a complimentary breakfast
