i got charged way too much for a dirty towel. the staff weren't helpful at all. i asked for water and was told to wait till 3pm for the housekeeper. children aren't allowed on the rooftop pool, and the downstairs pool is small and shaded with only four loungers so it was awful.

I noticed the room was smaller than expected. the floor stayed wet from humidity, and it was quite slippery. I needed to keep towels on the floor the entire week. they apparently could not fix it. i also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat limited.

The rooftop pool was really nice. I did like the sea view it had. The location is good because I found tour operators and shops nearby. It was convenient I booked excursions in the lobby. They satisfied my requests.

There were a lot of people, so sometimes it was hard to find a place to sit.

I found a perfect spot in my room, it offered so much space. i also loved the shower. It felt so good. the room price was great, a wonderful deal.

i did notice the towels didn't smell fresh, it was a bit disappointing.
