Adequate Hotel with Some Issues
rooftop pool helpful staff old furniture breakfast variety
The rooftop pool was a highlight of the stay. The staff were helpful. They assisted with various requests I had.

dirty towel unhelpful staff
i got charged way too much for a dirty towel. the staff weren't helpful at all. i asked for water and was told to wait till 3pm for the housekeeper. children aren't allowed on the rooftop pool, and the downstairs pool is small and shaded with only four loungers so it was awful.

mediocre stay, some issues need attention
slippery floor limited breakfast
I noticed the room was smaller than expected. the floor stayed wet from humidity, and it was quite slippery. I needed to keep towels on the floor the entire week. they apparently could not fix it. i also found the breakfast selection to be somewhat limited.

rooftop pool sea view
The rooftop pool was really nice. I did like the sea view it had. The location is good because I found tour operators and shops nearby. It was convenient I booked excursions in the lobby. They satisfied my requests.
There were a lot of people, so sometimes it was hard to find a place to sit.

a sweet escape
perfect spot room space great shower
I found a perfect spot in my room, it offered so much space. i also loved the shower. It felt so good. the room price was great, a wonderful deal.
i did notice the towels didn't smell fresh, it was a bit disappointing.

the hotel features two lovely pools to relax. a rooftop bar offers amazing sunset views each evening. it's a beautiful way to end your day.
