Authentic Heritage Experience
historic village vibrant flowers helpful reception perfect environment
This lodging is a historical village. The gardens showcase vibrant flowers. The reception staff like muosa, muhammad, and badawi were helpful. The hotel provides a perfect environment.
I found that rooms requires a trek on steep hill. A golf cart is available if requested by guests. This should be informed to guests to avoid issues.

Staff was friendly. Staff were also helpful to guests. The hotel manager seemed kind and respectful, and they provided assistance when needed, so that was reassuring.

The hotel location are excellent for relaxation. The hotel is nearby petra. I liked its warm friendly and peaceful atmosphere, which definitely offers a serene getaway.

Rooms are spacious. Rooms also have necessary equipments. The hotel provides dead-sea products in the bathroom, so you can enjoy quality conditioners, body washes, and soaps.

heated pool local community breakfast spread disappointing massage hot water broken lockers
i REALLY liked the heated pool. there WAS a jacuzzi. the Hotel hired employees from the local community only. the BREAKFAST spread was extensive.
my MASSAGE was disappointing. the SPA area had no hot water available. many LOCKERS in the spa area are broken.

fantastic stay!
efficient shuttle cooperative staff nice architecture
i definitely want to share my great experience here. the staff provided an efficient shuttle service to petra it was just a quick ten minute drive. the hotel had cooperative people plus the architecture was something else it was really nice.
the breakfast buffet was not quite as good as at other hotels i have been to recently. the selection was limited and the food did not taste as fresh compared to other places.

the hotel is located about a ten to fifteen minutes drive to petra. the location gives beautiful views of the gardens and pool after visiting the ancient city plus a great spa

my room was very spacious and comfortable plus it was well maintained. the stone design of the hotel extends into the rooms adding a really nice touch to the decor and atmosphere.
