an okay stay, but some issues
loud noisedismissive experience
The noise levels were not ideal. The room i was initially assigned had some strange, loud sounds. it was around midnight when i noticed i couldn't sleep. i had to move to a cheaper room around 1am, inconvenient. the hotel didn't offer any apologies or compensation. the whole experience felt pretty dismissive.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay! i was impressed with the super clean bathroom. Everything was sparkling and pristine! i also found the bed comfy.
the elevators could sometimes be a little slow during peak hours.

Breakfast offered an amazing range of dishes and catered to various dietary needs. All food items were clearly labeled for allergies! the variety was extensive, and i especially loved the fresh juice station available each morning for a healthy start.

The spacious room was comfortable. i liked the large, comfortable bed. the temperature control worked perfectly and hot water was always available. It felt very luxurious!
the hotel furniture felt a bit old.

The gym was quite satisfactory, and the pool was clean.
The breakfast was a disappointment. The hot food was lukewarm, and the quality of items was poor (I expected much better from such an hotel). The room service meal was overpriced AND very poor quality.
