i found a dirty lavatory brush in the ensuite bathroom! it was definitely off putting.

the location was very central to the cbd. i could easily see the city. it also had plenty of food outlets nearby. the bars within the building were quite good.
i had to ask twice about a problem with my curtains. they were not fixed, and i received no feedback, but i was grateful for the staff assistance. the laundry service was not available during the weekend. the room service menu was limited on sunday too.

i enjoyed the pub and breakfast was amazing. location is excellent with parking on site. the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable.
i found that the smart tv needs apps such as youtube and netflix. i had higher expectations of the room.

the hotel location is central, near st george's terrace plus many quality restaurants. it has several bus stops practically at the door. elizabeth street and murray street malls are a five minute walk away.

breakfasts are good and the japanese noodle restaurant is delicious. the coffee is sooooo good, i must say. the hotel has lovely dining areas. the pub is a great spot for a drink and snack.

The hotel effectively combines 1800s architecture with modern architecture. there is onsite secure car parking. the gym has few combination machines. After adjustments, i trained many different muscle groups. i consider this new and very practical.
