overall a reasonable experience
great location spacious room unwelcoming staff missing amenities
the location was great, close to the mall. the room was spacious (i stayed in a beautiful king room).
The staff were not very cute during check-in and check-out. basic items like toothbrushes and bedroom slippers were not provided. We had to buy them from a convenience store.

no staff nonexistent assistance
the king room was a decent size. it was neither small nor particularly big.
the absolute worst thing occurred during a fire alarm at 2:00 am. no staff was present to give any instructions. i felt completely lost and unsafe.

stylish stay
nespresso machine milk frother online check-in valet service
i found my stay pleasing. the hotel included a nespresso machine with a milk frother, a feature i liked. online check-in and out exist. i was happy with it. the valet service were accomodating with car parking after checkout.
the king room size was a bit medium. not very big, but acceptable.

the staff were helpful, especially nira at reception. she organised an early check-in after my long flight. i found her warm and genuine, an asset to the hotel team.

the location is central and great. it allows easy walking to the railway station. access to the ferry quay, the cat bus stop, shops and wa museum were convenient.
