The location made transportation easy with bus and taxi access. The food was AMAZING!!!
I found it hard to believe that a hotel of this supposed rating did not give any complementary bottles of water for the room. I asked about this and was told 'oh you don't get them on that floor! '. the air looked to be centrally controlled and only took the room temperature down to 23.9 degrees. I asked about this and got no response.

My Luxe King Spa Room featured great amenities. The room had a large television, a comfortable king bed, and a spa. I found the complimentary bubbly to be a nice touch upon arrival (a welcome surprise!).
I was disappointed that daily servicing of the rooms was not included. I think this is an important aspect to consider, especially with the room's price point.

The staff was friendly and professional, offering assistance when required. Check-in was efficient. I did not encounter any issues requiring extra assistance .

The pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating and a clean environment. I noticed a wide range of dining options available, providing numerous choices for meals. Valley parking was available for a fee. It offered convenient access to the hotel.

The hotel's location provided easy access to the casino and other entertainment venues. The city view from the room was great (I could see many landmarks). The Burswood complex is on the hotel's doorstep.

The staff were consistently polite and engaging throughout my stay. My room was clean. I appreciated the high-spec finishes there. The meal I had at Epicurean was high quality.
The undercover parking was quite expensive. It cost $60 for just over two hours. I thought this price was almost as much as breakfast. I wish they had displayed the cost with a sign before entry.

The mini bar facilities worked really well. The spa size suited couples very well. The roller privacy screen gave options for the open spa bathroom to the bedroom.
The valet parking was quite expensive.
