fantastic stay!
central location friendly staff quiet room
the location was amazing, right in the heart of everything. the staff at reception and the cleaning crew were super friendly. i was assigned a quiet room as i requested which i appreciated. i would definitely stay here again in the future.
there was no parking in the area. i found no place near the hotel to stop and drop luggage. this was inconvenient

the cook prepared our breakfast with such care!!! he even got fresh chillies to cook our omelette the first day. he was always attentive.

the front office manager was the best!!! he assisted us greatly, great to check in early. the cleaning staff were also very friendly and efficient. they kept my room very clean and tidy .

great staff central location
The location IS central! the staff was great. Breakfast included a modest variety, though it was satisfactory. I enjoyed being close to everything.
The hotel facilities look old. I noticed a single blanket on the double bed.

the breakfast was acceptable it had a decent variety
the room i got was disappointing it had almost no storage space the bed was also very uncomfortable and old i think the hotel relies too much on the bar downstairs the rooms really need an update to match other places

basic breakfast night noise
The breakfast was quite basic. i missed having more fresh options. also, the noise from nearby bars at night was noticeable, though the central location had its advantages. It still made sleep difficult, especially on weekends.

location is decent but the room has problems
small room uncomfortable bed
the staff was friendly enough at reception and cleaning staff kept the place tidy.
the room i got was pretty small it hardly had any windows just one looking onto a narrow patio full of ac units it was essentially useless the air conditioning blew directly onto me it made it hard to use i could not adjust it the bed was really uncomfortable and felt old.

efficient check-in excellent staff easy controls great location
check-in with doug was efficient. the front office staff and the maid were excellent. the shower was very nice and the temperature controls for the room were easy to adjust. the hotel location is really nice near places of interest and steps from the beach.
i found that there was no place to stop the car by the hotel to drop the luggage.

the breakfast buffet was excellent and the cook made delicious omelettes. the cook was attentive and even got fresh chillies to cook our omelette. the omelettes were AMAZING!!!

the room was clean and neat and nicely appointed. it had a very nice shower and the temperature controls for the room were super-efficient. i stayed in a larger balcony room.
