mixed feelings about the stay
terrible airflow hidden fees
The room felt stuffy. there was terrible airflow even with the ac running. i couldn't open any windows or access a balcony for fresh air. also, i was charged $10 for playing music through the tv. I felt nickel and dimed for that.

great location rooftop pool friendly staff beverage fridge limited use extra charges
I liked the hotel's location. Many interesting places were within walking distance. the rooftop pool offered a highlight (i enjoyed relaxing there). the staff members i encountered seemed friendly and helpful.
the fridge in my room was filled with beverages. if i moved anything, i would have incurred charges. this meant i couldn't use the fridge for my own snacks. (it's a small detail, but it matters).

creative design luxurious vibes professional staff delicious food
i found the hotel design creative and luxurious with all expected amenities it really had that glamorous feeling without being over the top. the staff were polite and professional. i loved the rooftop pool and the amazing views from there. the rooftop restaurant offered delicious food and drinks i would return for sure.

the rooftop saltwater pool is three feet deep, offering a refreshing experience. access to the spa steam room is included with the daily amenity fee. there is a party room with a two-lane bowling alley and a fine art deco bar.

I found the rooms very spacious. the bathroom was also spacious. it featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provides cadillacs for complimentary use for four hours maximum. I used this service. the staff was generally great.

The staff were attentive, ensuring i had everything i needed (even before i asked!). i loved the rooftop pool, it was a great spot to unwind. the hotel's design was beautiful. Every corner felt special. the steamer in the room was useful for keeping my clothes looking sharp.
the minibar was stocked, limiting space for my own items.
