i had a beautiful king room on the third floor, and it was awesome! the staff were so friendly (and fast!), allowing me to check in early at 12pm and check out late at 2pm. the room was super clean and surprisingly quiet.
The air conditioner leaked during the night, dripping water onto my bags. It made for a very hot night. i also noticed there wasn't a hand towel or extra towel for hair drying, nor were there any extra pillows (those provided were too soft for my liking).

the reception staff were very attentive. they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the housekeeping staff kept everything super clean.

my beautiful king room had a super comfy bed and plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. the air conditioning worked efficiently (except the unfortunate drip incident, of course!), keeping the room at a perfect temperature.

the hotel's location made it easy to access many key attractions. public transport was readily accessible, allowing me to explore the city efficiently. convenience stores were nearby, ensuring quick access to essentials.

the lobby looked amazing, with a really pleasing atmosphere. the hotel provides a laundry service, costing 10 aud for a wash and dry. the hotel also offered luggage storage (very helpful for early arrivals and late departures!).
